When you get irritated, your mind cannot think properly and your body will fell tired faster, and soon stress will overcome you. - Share the problems Talk to friends about your problems will help you to work through your stress. It is good to have a friend whom you can talk freely to and give different point of view. - Think positively Worrying about things that had happened or things that you cannot control of will only make you fell stress. Learn to see thing from its positive side and accept the things that you cannot change as they are. These will reduce possibility of stress occurred.
